My Bachelorette Party at Disney World

5 Must Haves For A Disney World Bachelorette Party - Chasing Cinderella

It's no secret that I'm a Disney fan, and some of you weren't very surprised when I announced that I was going to Disney World for my bachelorette party! From my blog name to my Cinderella inspired engagement, I'd say that going to Disney World was pretty on brand for me! I literally had THE best time, that I wanted to do a full recap here for anyone wanting to plan a girls trip in the future!

5 Must-Haves For A Disney Bachelorette Party

If you're looking for some great tips for visiting Disney World, make sure to check out my 10 best tips for visiting Disney parks. Below I'm going to share some of my advice and must-haves that I believe are important to have the best girls trip possible in Disney World! So lets get to it!

Round Up Your Favorite Gals

The most important thing about planning your bachelorette party is deciding who is going to be going with you! You want this weekend to be filled with people you enjoy spending time with.. Girls that are fun, drama free, and are going to remember that this weekend is about the bride!

For my bachelorette weekend, I went with a mix of my bridesmaids, friends, family, and future family! I couldn't have asked for a better group of gals to experience Disney with!

Matching Disney Swag

Matching Disney swagger is definitely a must have when it comes to a group trip to Disney World, not just a bachelorette party! Disney is definitely not a cheap trip,  so I wanted to give my gals a little thank you by providing them with fun welcome bags when they arrived to Orlando! Not everything was Disney related, but mostly!

Matching T-Shirts: If I were to give you one piece of advice for your bachelorette party in Disney World, it would be to wear matching shirts! This was the best decision I made! We went to the park two of the days we were in Orlando, so I included two different shirts. The hot pink shirts were awesome because you could always see each other if you got separated in the crowd. The black was tougher, so I definitely recommend doing bright shirts!

Pro Tip: We decided to go the DIY route for the shirts to save some money! We used this stencil download for the pink shirts, and my friend created the rest of the stencils with her cricut, using iron-on vinyl!

Personalized Water Bottles c/oDisney allows you to bring in your own food and water, so I knew I wanted to give the girls their own personalized water bottles! When I came across these Disney font water bottles, I had to have them! They are so cute and were absolutely perfect in the parks!

Minnie Ears: I knew I wanted all of the gals to have matching ears, but I didn't want to spend $40+ on each pair. So I decided to go the cheaper route and bought these bulk ears on Amazon! They worked out perfectly, and the girls said they were so light, you couldn't even tell you were wearing them! These are the bride Minnie ears that I wore!

Retro Heart Sunglasses c/o: These sunnies were a last minute addition, and I'm so happy that I decided to include them! We got so many compliments in the parks about them, and they are actually such great quality that we ended up wearing them all weekend! Such a cute and fun detail!

Princess Emergency Kits: Yes we went to Disney World, but it was still a bachelorette party, so I thought it would be fun to include an "emergency kit" for the gals! These Party Like A Princess bags were THE perfect bag for the kits! I included items you would normally find in a bachelorette party emergency kit, but I wanted to put a Disney twist it (ie. Disney bandaids and chapstick)!

Not Your Mother's Hair Products c/o: I'm a huge fan of Not Your Mother's products, especially their dry shampoo, so I thought it would be a great bonus to include a few of their products in the gals' welcome bags! Who doesn't love to try new beauty products?!

My Favorite Rides

I included in my past Disney World Tips post the importance of planning out your trip, as well as booking fast-passes. For this trip, since we had 10 gals, we opted to not worry about fast-passes, and to basically just wing it. Because of this, we didn't do too many rides. But, among the rides we did ride, I want to share with y'all what I believe to be must-have rides at Disney World.

Animal Kingdom:
Avatar: Flight of Passage - No matter the wait, y'all HAVE to experience this ride! If you can get the fast-pass, definitely take advantage! Literally my favorite ride of all four parks!
Expedition Everest - If possible, go on this ride at night. It is a completely different ride when you experience in the dark. We went on it about 30 minutes before the park closed and were able to ride it back to back with very minimal wait. (This is what the photos below are from)

Epcot:
Sourin - Love this ride! It's a flight simulator and you basically sour all over the world and some of it's major attractions! It's a really fun, no impact ride!
Fast Track - We did this ride twice as well! It's so fun- you basically design a car and then take a test ride. It's so much fun! If you go right before the park closes the line is going to be super short!

Eat All The Disney Foods

We ate dinner in the parks both Friday and Saturday, but they weren't anything to rave about. But I will say, the snacks that we got throughout the day were amazing, so I figured I'd share those with y'all instead!

Mickey Pretzel: Magic Kingdom
Mickey Cinnamon Bun: Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery in Animal Kingdom
Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel: Germany Pavillion in Epcot

Obviously when you think about a bachelorette party in Disney World, you think about drinking around the world at the Epcot World Showcase! We did this, yes, but I was far more interested in the foods than the drinks lol! But, here is a list of the must-have drinks my sister (and maid of honor) put together in each of the countries:

Canada: Apple Icewine - Trading Post
United Kingdom: Leaping Leprechaun - Rose and Crown Pub
France: Orange Slush - Les Vins des Chefs de France
Morocco: The Mediterranean Journey - Spice Road Table
Japan: Tokyo Sunset - Kabuki Cafe
America: Frozen Red Stag Lemonade - Fife & Drum Tavern
Italy: Via Napoli Sangria - Via Napoli
Germany: Altenmünster Oktoberfest - Sommerfest
China: Canto Loopy - Joy of Tea
Norway: Viking Coffee - Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
Mexico: Avocado and/or Blood Orange Margarita - La Cava del Tequila

Explore Downtown Disney

We arrived in Orlando on Thursday afternoon (with plans to go to the parks on Friday and Saturday), so Thursday night we went to Disney Springs for dinner and drinks! We grabbed dinner at Wine Bar George (which was delicious), and then wound up having THE best night at Stargazers Bar, singing and dancing, and probably drinking way too much.. while listening to some live music!

Disney Springs is basically a giant themed shopping center full of shops, restaurants, entertainment.. you name it! Even if you're not planning to go out while you're in Disney, I highly recommend checking it out during the day!
