One of my favorite things about wedding planning so far, besides the food tasting lol, has been asking my favorite gals to be my bridesmaids! I have always loved looking on Pinterest at the fun ways that others have asked their bridesmaids, so I was so excited to finally be able to ask mine! Here's a peak inside my bridesmaid proposal boxes!
How I Asked My Bridesmaids To Be In My Wedding
When putting together the boxes for my bridesmaids, I knew I wanted to really personalize them! So of course, the very first place I went to to search for items to include was Etsy. Luckily I was able to find everything I was looking for all in one place! Here's what I included:
First, Cards
I knew I didn't want to use super generic "will you be my bridesmaid" cards, and I wanted to personalize them per each gal, since they are all super different. When I came across these cards, I knew I had found them! They are so cute, funny, and get the job done!
Next, Personalized Champagne Flutes
I feel like everyone gives personalized champagne flutes to their bridesmaids, but I didn't care because these ones were so darn cute! I loved that you can customize them with each gals name, as well as their "role" and the date of the wedding! Natalie was also so sweet and sent me my own with "bride" on it!
Third, Charleston Cosmetic Bags
The majority of my bridesmaids will be traveling to Charleston for our wedding, so I really wanted to include something to get them excited for their trip (some haven't even been to Charleston before)! I thought this Charleston cosmetic bag was super cute, and just what I was looking for!
Finally, Initial Necklaces
I was most excited about the initial necklaces. so much that I bought one for myself too! I personalized them for each of the gals with their first initial, and I love the saying that comes on the holder. I got each of my bridesmaids a gold necklace, but they also come in silver and rose gold!
I packed all of the items into these white boxes and mailed them to my future bridesmaids! I reused stuffing for the boxes from packages I received in the past, but I know there are plenty of options on Amazon, or even your local craft store!
Where I found each item:
One of my goals is to try and spoil my gals! I know how expensive it is to be a bridesmaid, so I want to make sure they all feel loved and appreciated! I can't wait until I can put together their presents for the actual wedding!!
Thanks so much or reading! xo
