I have never been much of a workout class kind of gal. Usually when I'm trying to get in shape, I go for runs and then do some at-home exercises. But when Fit Culture reached out to offer to help me get in shape for my wedding, I knew it was a sign and I shouldn't resist!
Since getting engaged in April, I've really been trying to get in shape. I like to call it shedding for the wedding lol. If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably noticed that I've been going to workout classes at Fit Culture, and I'm absolutely loving it! They have me hooked, so I wanted to share with y'all why I love it so much, and why you should give it a try.
WHY FIT CULTURE?
I honestly don't know where to start- there are so many reasons why I love Fit Culture. First of all, it's for all fitness levels, and you won't feel intimidated when you head into class! There is also a cap on the amount of people able to attend each class, so you get that personal trainer feeling, in a group fitness class setting.
The variety of classes and the flexible schedules that they offer is another reason why I'm recommending Fit Culture to everyone! They have classes scheduled all throughout the day, from 5:15am-6:15pm (on week days), and they range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes! So easy to work around your work schedule!
Last but not least: THE PEOPLE. Y'all, everyone that works at Fit Culture is absolutely amazing! They make you feel super welcome, motivate you, and really push you to reach your fitness goals! I have not experienced this at any other fitness class/gym!
WHAT KIND OF CLASSES DO THEY HAVE?
One of my favorite things about Fit Culture is the variety of high and low impact classes they offer. From Cardio to strength training, there's something for everyone!
Tabata Boot Camp
Buns & Guns
SHRED
Barre
Pilates Stick
HIIT
Strength Straining
MetCon
Core & Conditioning
Abs & A$$ -- my favorite!
Barre Cardio
Core, Barre, & Sculpt
Here is a link to all of the classes, with a description of each!

I have been going to Fit Culture twice a week for seven weeks now, and it's crazy how much stronger I feel! It really is true that once you start seeing results, you get totally hooked! If you're in Charleston, I hope to see you at class!

ReplyDeleteThis place sounds great! I love that classes are so much more motivating than trying to go to the gym and do your own workout. I recently got married and getting my workout one was definitely a priority-- gotta look good in that dress!
ReplyDeleteThat abs class looks like a class I'd totally take!
ReplyDeleteFit Culture sounds great! I had never heard of it before but it sounds awesome! I'll have to see if they have one here in Memphis!
