The weather was so beautiful after work yesterday that we couldn't pass up the opportunity of taking the pups for a swim. Sandy Point State Park is right down the road from where we live, so we loaded up Cab's truck and headed to the beach.

There isn't much that Tarpon loves more than swimming and playing fetch. Fun fact: Cab taught Tarp to play fetch in the water with McDonald's french fries when he was a puppy! Scoot isn't much of a swimmer (he would rather just run around and bark the whole time), but he did jump in once and try to follow Tarp.. He turned around about 5 feet from shore and swam back to solid ground. Whenever we go out on the boat in the summer, Scoot has his lifejacket on and is much more open to jumping into the water and swimming after Tarpon!
These warm weather days make me so happy and get me excited to spend more time outside! It has been too cold recently to even think about doing anything outdoors. I can't wait to be able to make plans involving some fresh air!
