It's no secret that I'm a believer in supporting your local girl gang! I shared a post a couple weeks ago about how YOU can support your favorite bloggers and small businesses, and it brought up the subject of comparison and competition in the blogging world. This is definitely an issue across the blogging community (I'm assuming everywhere), and I just to say.. I AM NOT HERE FOR IT!
I honestly don't understand why bloggers, especially women bloggers, can't just support and be proud of each other and their accomplishments. I 100% understand feeling a little bit of jealously when a blogger lands a killer brand deal, or reaches X amount of Instagram followers.. But jealously doesn't have to lead to comparison, which usually leads to negative feelings towards yourself, and others!
Yes, I am aware that saying every blogger should be getting along and supporting each other is just unrealistic!
What I do know is possible is creating your own supportive group of blogger gals, who cheer on each other and every accomplishment along the way! This is SUPER important if you want to stay sane in this crazy world we (not just us bloggers) live in!
I want to give a little shout out to Hillary and Anabelle for being the sweetest and most supportive gals out there! So glad you two ladies stumbled into my life- don't ever change!!
