It's funny, before Winter Storm Jonas destroyed us, I was so ready for it to feel like winter! I couldn't wait for it to be cold! Now that the storm has passed, I am OVER the cold and the snow and am not-so patiently waiting for spring! It has been pretty warm these past few days, the high being in the mid 50s, giving me a little preview of the spring to come. Thank goodness Punxsutawney Phil the groundhog didn't see his shadow so we should be getting an early spring with warmer temperatures. Fingers crossed!
I've started incorporating bright colors into my winter wardrobe.. I've got that spring itch! A little pop of color really brightens up any wintery outfit, and this crochet lace hem top from Jack & Monroe Boutique is no exception. I bought this jacket when I was a sophomore in college and it is still one of my favorites. It fits great and is light weight but surprisingly keeps you very warm! It's the perfect jacket to wear with a casual outfit (like I did here) or when you are going out for a night on the town!
